We may terminate these Terms and your permission to use the website immediately if you commit any breach of these Terms, we are prevented from providing the website for any reason or for any other reason as we see fit.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Plan International UK relating to the subject matter of these Terms and supersede all other communications and proposals, whether electronic or written, between you and Plan International UK relating to the subject matter of these Terms. Other services provided via our website, including, but not limited to, sponsoring a child or donating to Plan International UK are governed by separate terms.

We may perform any of our obligations, and exercise any of the rights granted to us under these Terms through a third party. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party. The Terms and any rights and licences granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you.

No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under the Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right nor shall any single or partial exercise by either party of any right preclude any further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right.
