Why 0300 telephone numbers?

Ofcom has created the ‘0300’ telephone numbers specifically for public sector and not-for-profit organisations such as Plan.

Plan’s new 0300 numbers are non-geographic telephone numbers (previously known as UK-wide) meaning you will never be charged more than your normal national call rate for getting in touch with us.

These numbers will also be included in any ‘free minutes’, allowances or discount schemes (i.e. Friends and Family) you may receive from your telephone provider including mobile calls.
