4) Our projects, including schools and health centres, are geared to working with children and their communities to help them build a better future.
5) Sponsorship starts at £15-a-month and funds projects to improve schooling, health, nutrition and livelihoods across communities.
In the last financial year, Plan:

- Raised more than £450 million in income
- Spent £385.5 million on programme work
- Implemented 7,318 projects
- Employed 8,131 people
- Worked with 66,886 communities covering a population of 62.4 million
- Trained 456,641 people in health, education, agriculture, business and child protection
- Supported 767 microfinance organisations and 13,636 local savings and loan groups
- Helped build 1,935 health or early childhood care and development centres; 1,251 schools; 7,531 water points and improved sanitation for 90,882 households
