TOGETHER WE ARE TRANSFORMING LIVES
‌you can too

Thank you for your interest in working with Plan International UK. If you share our values and purpose, join us to drive change and help build a better world for children.

Whatever your role, we aim to provide an inclusive, friendly and supportive environment, where our values and purpose are at the heart of everything we do.

When we ask staff to tell us what is the best thing about working at Plan International UK, they nearly always talk about two things: the amazing work we do; and the talented and committed people they work with. Providing rewarding work and a great experience for our employees is important to us.

We aim to offer more than a competitive salary and benefits and strive to provide opportunities for learning and growth in an environment where everyone feels they belong and valued for their contribution. We also recognise the increasing importance of flexibility to our current and future employees. We, therefore, offer hybrid working where our employees split their working week between working at home and in the office in a way that fosters collaboration and enables people to balance work, home life and their wellbeing.

what we do

Plan International UK is a global children’s charity striving for an equal world. One where every child can reach their full potential and every girl can choose her own future.

Plan International UK is part the Plan global family. As a Plan National Organisations our role is to raise funds through grants from institutional donors (for example the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office), corporate donors, and from the public through regular giving, donations and child sponsorship. We send the funds we raise to Plan International’s Global Hub which coordinates the delivery of programmes overseas through Plan’s 50 Country Offices and Regional Offices.

We also campaign and advocate for girls’ rights in the UK and globally and deliver a small portfolio of programmes aimed at girls in the UK.

Although our work has an international reach, we are a UK based employer and all of our roles are UK based working from our offices near Old Street unless otherwise stated.
