Unsupported and carrying their own equipment and food, the four started their exciting cycling journey in
Prudhoe Bay, Alaska and finished in
Ushuaia, Argentina. The journey took them through two continents and adverse terrain and climates.
The four met in 1994 at Bangor University where their friendship evolved to last well after university, despite differences in personal circumstances, careers, and geographical locations.
