Characteristics of a Disaster-Resilient Community
Plan UK, as a member of the DFID Disaster Risk Reduction Interagency Coordination Group, has contributed to the release of a guidance note aiming to define characteristics of a disaster-resilient community. This document will be field-tested over the coming 18 months and we are encouraging others to participate in this process.
