We are growing and are looking for talented individuals to join our team;
The PlanSYS department provides advice, guidance and support for a bespoke system called PlanSYS2 which is used by 9 offices based across Europe.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the day to day running of the PlanSYS2 Service and will directly manage an internal team. They will oversee internal and external resources to ensure that the service meets the needs of the stakeholders, striving for improvements in service, efficiency and quality whilst keeping within the budget constraints.
We are looking for someone with previous experience of managing day to day service and support for a bespoke software product. They need to be able to demonstrate strong management skills and will be able to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
