For over 70 years Plan has been working with the world’s poorest children, families and communities. Today, child centred community development is at the heart of our programmes with 11million children in 48 developing countries.
We’ve got ambitious plans to grow our profile and impact, and are looking for talented, passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.
You will lead the delivery of innovative and compelling lobbying and public campaigns that achieve change. You will spearhead efforts to take our current campaign on girls’ rights to new heights by capturing the public’s imagination, making a direct contribution to our ambitious awareness raising strategy.
We’re looking for someone with substantial senior advocacy, campaigns and public policy experience, preferably at an international non-governmental organisation. You will have experience of devising and delivering successful public engagement campaigns that have inspired action and led to change. And you will have the ability to grow significantly Plan’s voice and negotiate, influence and engage diverse audiences to ensure we excel in the crowded fields of development policy, advocacy and campaigning.
